I am an experienced financial data analyst and project manager, with most of time career spent in the Real Estate (REITs) industry. Currently I am in a lead roll working in Strategic Business Management, specifically working with small businesses in the Home Services industry. I received my two Bachelors Degrees in (1) Finance and (2) Accounting from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. I received my Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation in the state of Arizona in 2022. I am currently working towards the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, I have passed the Level I and Level II exams and intend to take February 2026 Level exam. I am planning to continue my education by attending grad school in the near future. My career interests lie in consulting, financial services, real estate, science, and technology.
