I am passionate about change and the results that positive long lasting improvements can bring to an organisation, especially its people, it\'s most valuable asset.Systems and Process improvement methodologies can become replaced by workarounds and \'cottage industries\' can spring up unless they are championed by the people who use them daily and see that they can enrich their working lives - if they don\'t then they will become the \'latest fad\' and as such lose any creditably.My aim is to promote the real benefits of lean, continuous improvement and six sigma by delivering these concepts hands on - classroom learning is great and supports the learning process but until you get your hands \'dirty\' at gemba (whether in a factory, an office or a shop) they remain remote and high level, a theory rather than an actual problem solving toolbox.By working alongside the people who do these tasks everyday and learning from these experts, it\'s only then that you can see what is actually happening in a process rather than what should be happening -and it\'s then that Lean and Continuous Improvement tools can be applied and the benefits become visible to all.My goal is to deliver long lasting change affecting customers both internally and externally by producing high levels of self policed quality which will reduce waste and increase profits.
