As a seasoned cybersecurity leader with a unique, blended expertise in both national-level physical security and enterprise-level cyber intelligence, I have a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing global teams. My expertise lies in translating complex threat intelligence into decisive strategic action, protecting both physical assets and digital infrastructure.My work currently includes serving as a Strategic Advisor for Project Guardian, where I am actively supporting the development of a threat intelligence and prioritisation platform and driving the broader strategy for this cutting-edge environmental threat management platform.My career progression from a hands-on analyst to a senior manager has equipped me with a deep understanding of intelligence lifecycles, operational rigour, and a commitment to continuous improvement. I have successfully transformed intelligence functions into a revenue-generating entity, independently generating over £3M in revenue, and spearheaded the creation and launch of new managed service offerings, one of which grew to over 20 enterprise clients in less than two years.I am adept at providing expert guidance to C-Suite and board-level stakeholders on the global threat landscape and have extensive experience in crisis management, including drafting a major incident response plan based on emergency services command structures.Current Focus & Career Rebalance: Following a period of ill health and recovery from surgery, I made the conscious decision to step back from a senior manager role. I am currently applying my deep enterprise expertise as a Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst at the Bank of Ireland. This move allows me to reinvigorate my passion for technical analysis, focus on maturing the CTI function\'s capabilities, rebalance work priorities, and contribute directly to the Group\'s defensive posture in a sustainable and focused capacity.
