The NIA alongside the AHSNs supports the scaling of high-impact, evidence-based innovations across the NHS. We were within the first cohort of companies at the start of the NIA programme. I have worked with the NIA directors initially on the brand growth within the NHS and later in the programme within a mentorship support network focusing on commercial recruiting strategies, commercialisation plans, and how to spend investment from funding rounds.
