About Ian Sullivan
With over a decade of senior executive experience and nearly 30 years in intelligence, I serve as the Staff Transition Lead, Intelligence, for the U.S. Army’s newest 4-star Command, T2COM. As the Senior Intelligence Officer and Acting G-2, I lead approximately 300 personnel across three locations, supporting the Army\'s mission to redefine and transform warfighting concepts into operational capabilities. My work focuses on adapting intelligence processes to evolving conflict environments while fostering innovation, collaboration and driving results. Throughout my career, I have held significant leadership roles within the U.S. Army and across the Intelligence Community, contributing to critical operational environment and threat assessments. I have supported every level of customer with unique, tailored and relevant intelligence support, including the White House, Congress, senior Government and military decision makers, to deployed military forces, and federal, state and local law enforcement. With expertise in national security strategy, military operations, wargaming, counterterrorism, international relations, team building, intelligence analysis, leadership and both written and oral communications, I am committed to empowering teams and advancing mission success through strategic leadership and innovation.
