As my profile image suggests Ive been around the block a few times and this means I have a significant amount of experience in running and growing businesses which in turn has enabled a high level of leadership, interpersonal skills and an ability to quickly learn what people need.The things that always remain constant irrespective of what\'s happening in the world is my commitment to honesty, integrity and doing the right thing whether this be on a professional or personal basis.I have started, successfully grown and disposed of a number of profitable businesses and I still own and manage one of these businesses today - The Diverse Cleaning Company which is a specialist deep cleaning company working across the UK, focusing on what is essentially the HVAC industry and how that connects with both the Hospitality and F M industries with clients ranging from Blenheim Palace to The Gherkin & The National Portrait Gallery in London to The Guildhall in Portsmouth.But we are not so big as to dismiss smaller independent businesses that require great support and continue to look after many local and regional businesses of all sizes and description.Our aim is to always give good advice and excellent service but our main focus is on the superior management of the service through high levels of support and accountability and we are always happy to be judged on what we do as opposed to simply what we say we will do.Driven by making people happy, Im constantly aware that as a leader, often pragmatism does not allow me the luxury of being able to satisfy everyone but at work my goal is always complete customer satisfaction and my promise is that if we don\'t get it right first time we wont give up, we will get it right next time, and quickly!Our vast industry knowledge and superior reputation make us ideal partners for any organisation that recognises the importance of quality services delivered with pride and consideration.
