About Ian Sergo
I started my career as a Chemical Engineer working in process safety and relatively quickly transitioned into a sales and marketing role before moving into non-profit management. The combination of technical and business management skills acquired early on in my career have been incredibly valuable and I consider myself very fortunate for the opportunities to learn both. I will always be thankful for those mentors and friends that challenged me to think bigger and to always work to create opportunities for growth. Providing opportunities for others and aiding in their development is one of my greatest joys in work.
