I help Cisco\'s clients build compelling technology Value Propositions for transformation. These include jointly building road maps and business cases for transforming customers\' IT infrastructures, through to supporting the formal processes of RFI/RFP responses required for many industries including Public Sector. Based on each customer\'s needs (and often competing demands), we design their network and technical architecture to achieve target business outcomes and improved user experiences. Our customers are face the daily reality of proliferating applications and data that must be quickly secured, protected, and encrypted, whilst providing new technology and services with budgets that are fixed — or even decreasing in real-terms. Technology executives have to do more with less. We pride ourselves on developing road maps that deliver our customers new capabilities, better end-user experiences, an ongoing reduction in the cost-to-serve, and — just as importantly — demystify the steps ahead and clearly show where the investments will go and the time frames involved. The best part of the role is working with customers through a challenging idea, demystifying the \"how to\" for them, and exceeding their expectations with an affordable, workable solution.
