I am a CIMA qualified, hands on finance and operations executive, with an impressive track record within the international technology and telecoms sectors and financial services, expert in leading transformation and turnaround in complex and fast paced environments. Recognised for my ability to drive business growth, I champion continuous improvement to embed a forward focused culture.Some of my stand-out successes include: supporting the transformation of NCR’s global retail division, resulting in operating profit improving by 16% YoY in year 2, driving improvement of the forecasting process for Avaya to within 1-2% for nine out of ten quarters and implementing a governance and control process for Symbol Technologies as part of an organisational turnaround, leading to the business growing from $500m to $750m in 4 years, improving margins from 45% to 68%.Viewed as a trusted advisor by the C-suite, I adopt a true business partnering approach to drive business improvement, change and profitable growth, providing challenge where appropriate, to inform strategic decision making.
