ITV - Salford - recently focussed on the delivery of Construction Management services complex new build/relocation project. Senior planning manager working with the Mace Construction Management team to deliver a new home for iconic TV brand, Coronation Street. The project involves the construction of 4 new state of the art sound stages, a 3 storey studio support building containing production and post-production facilities and a recreated Coronation Street film lot. Responsible for the project close out plan and handover strategy, by development and presentation of the completion programme and phasing plans. Daily/weekly monitoring of the plan and introduce mitigation measures where required.
