About Ian Quigley

As a Mechanical Engineering Manager, I revel in the opportunity to build, grow, and mentor a team of mechanical engineers ranging from new grads to principal engineers. My team is responsible for engineering change packages that provide impact to systems, processes, and tools for improving and maintaining equipment that impacts the operability and longevity of the United States\' Nuclear Generating Fleet. I’m able to leverage my depth of experience and strong soft skills to garner trust with internal and external stakeholders to guide proposal generation, project development and implementation, financial reporting, and portfolio forecasting. Through my leadership, I’m able to foster a positive environment that honors trust, accountability, and openness in communication to ultimately bring cross-functional teams together with client representatives to create and continuously improve upon the products and programs that drive operational success. As a leader in ENERCON\'s Design Engineering organization, I provide mentorship and coaching to fellow mechanical engineers to ensure quality and efficiency, ultimately leading to a high quality outputs and an accepting, productive workplace culture.
