The Director of Service is a key strategic and operational leadership role responsible for the development, continuous improvement, and delivery of superior customer satisfaction to Carestream Dental DPMS customers. Responsibilities include staff recruitment, vendor management, training development and deployment for employees, focused key customer support initiatives, new product readiness, and defect prioritization for CCB (Change Control Board) and CPE (Current Product Engineering) group. The Director of Service works closely with Remote Support and Support Services leaders to ensure consistency in processes, knowledge and skill development and deployment.
