In 2015, after my own personal weight loss journey I walked away from a 25 year career in the chemical industry for the opportunity to open a gym with a partner and got certified as a specialist in fitness nutrition. During this time I was introduced to a first to market product through a direct sales company. I started a personal experiment as a customer and then decided to implement the product with a few clients seeking weight loss. I went full Ketogenic at the time and found a few others that wanted to experience the lifestyle as well. I had some measure of success combining the product with Ketogenic eating until end of summer 2017 and Hurricane Harvey devastated my local area and business here south of Houston. After taking a buyout from the gym, I was contemplating what to do to impact more people and I was introduced to another brand new company with an amazing product that fit into our ketogenic lifestyle. Using the power of social media, automation technology, and pure tenacity to grow a KETO group to over 30k members and provide them a FREE weekly meal plan. We have developed an online 7 Day Bootcamp, a 30 Day Challenge, and educate and incorporate the amazing supplement we recommend. We have been able to impact a much greater amount of people and will be launching a book called FirstSteps2Keto in the fall.
