My role at M&G is as a Business Analyst working on process and system automation projects and compliance projects within the M&G and Prudential business areas. The role involves the review and automation of existing manual processes, to define improvements and requirements to automate processing including applications such as inbound customer payment matching and new business application automation into back-office systems.The role involves data gap analysis and process gap analysis of existing pension transfer processes and systems to enable more detailed MI reporting and compliance submission for the STAR MI initiative. This includes review of existing straight-through processing within Salesforce and operational processes based on legacy systems. This enables more detailed data capture and reporting of individual transfers at the overall transfer and step level to move from STAR Core MI to STAR Full MI compliance and accreditation.
