ABOUT IAN POTTER

I specialise in assisting and advising clients with regard to the management of their financial affairs following injury, illness or disability. I work closely with clients who are mentally incapable of managing their own affairs and their families, acting as Deputy appointed by the Court of Protection. I act as a Trustee of numerous trusts for disabled beneficiaries and am a Panel Deputy for the Office of the Public Guardian. I also advise a number of permanently endowed grant making charities with regard to all aspects of their administration and governance. I have a particular interest in the provision of grant funding for ecclesiastical purposes. He understands the nuances of each case and is very knowledgeable\'
