Relevant experience- £3B+ of transactions in the Living Sector across BTR (multifamily and single family housing), co-living and PBSA- LaSalle IM on the £600M purchase of a portfolio of MacArthur Glenn designer outlet centres including Cheshire Oaks from Nuveen- ECE Projektmanagement on the purchase of a 2,100 bed BTR portfolio from Dandara and a £190M JV with Art-Invest / Dukelease on a 88 bed residential scheme- Pictect/Marchmont on the purchase of a portfolio of 18 multi-let industrial estates from M7- Blackstone on the £450M sale of the Union State portfolio to CPPIB- Network Rail and BCC on the £600M redevelopment of Birmingham New Street Station- LDC on the £800M sale of The NEC, ICC and The Barclaycard & Genting Arenas- Land Securities on over £1B of sales and acquisitions (including X-Leisure portfolio, Hermes outlet portfolio, The O2)- HS2 on the £4B redevelopment of London Euston- Elite Partners Capital on the £282M acquisition from Telereal Trillium of the Hayhill portfolio and its subsequent IPO in Singapore.
