I’m on a mission to make life easier for merchants with software that actually helps – no fluff, no unnecessary complexity, just practical tools that get the job done better, faster, and with less stress.I’ve grown up around merchants – timber yards, trade counters, stockrooms – so I know how tough it can be to keep everything running smoothly. That’s why I get stuck into product development and customer scoping myself: to make sure we’re solving real problems, not creating new ones. There’s nothing better than hearing a customer say, “This has changed the way we work.”Ten-25 was started by my parents and Norman Symcox back in 1981, and I’m proud to be building on that legacy. Today, our ERP system helps merchants of all kinds – from timber and builders’ merchants to plumbing suppliers and steel stockholders – to sell more, stock smarter and buy better. Our latest cloud platform, Merchanter, is the result of everything we’ve learned so far: powerful, user-friendly, and built to make everyday trading easier and more profitable.What keeps me going? Creative problem-solving, brilliant people, a good challenge – and, when I’m not talking tech, anything with a loud engine.
