Hey all, I am an alumni of the University of Minnesota who studied Health Services Management with minors in Public Health and Long-Term Care Administration. Having worked in nine skilled nursing facilities in my tenure with Monarch Healthcare Management, I have experience with high acuity patients, facilities ranging from 45-140 beds, along with deep experience in mental and behavioral health.I strive to build on my financial background and long-term care experience. Team building, patient care, data analytics, and process improvement are all great passions of mine. As an avid learner, I continue to seek new opportunities within the health-business sphere. I am a NAB Licensed Health Services Executive (LHSE), having obtained Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), Residential Care and Assisted Living Administrator (RCAL), and Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) licenses.
