I’m proud to have grown our patient base, improved key performance metrics like slot utilization and hospital follow-ups, and led high-performing teams.Earlier in my career, I served as Director of Business Operations at Oneida Center for Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, where I managed financial operations, ensured compliance with government programs, and supported strategic occupancy planning.I hold a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from Utica University, and I’m a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt as well as a Certified Customer Experience Manager.
