Initially brought in to run a severely depleted Ticket Office operation for the start of the 2006/07 season, I am now responsible for the Ticketing operation at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.Since joining Tottenham Hotspur, I have overseen the progression from old style paper tickets and season ticket voucher books to running a fully digital ticketing operation. This transformation has vastly improved the fan experience as well as reinventing the way the venue is able to engage with it\'s visitors and shape business critical decision using vital data now available to us.Having started out in the role managing an average of 30 matches a season at a capacity stadium, I now oversee ticketing operations at a 62,850 seat venue that plays host to Premier League and European football, NFL, Rugby and World Championship Boxing. It\'s been a pleasure to host numerous colleagues from around the world at the stadium to share our learnings and plans for the future.
