Appointed to bid for and deliver various installation and support projects, including:• Logistics Operational Assurance (LOA) 3, Developed and delivered for the supplier a proposal to manage for 5 years, the Managed the IT network (FSS), infrastructure (Nutanix HCI Servers refresh) and end user devices for the Purchaser’s provision of officer & aircrew training for the RSAF within KSA at the following locations: King Faisal Air Academy (KFAA) in Riyadh, King Faisal Air Base (KFAB) in Tabuk & TTS at Technical Studies Institute in Dhahran. Scope included, three server stacks, 90 Virtual Machines, 200 Cisco network kits covered by SmartNet used for O & AT services, procurement of 300 desktop PCs and deliver them to BAESSA / RSAF to access MiroGold application and the auditing of all licenses deployed on FSS network presented to The Purchaser. Bid reviewed by UK, Ministry of Defense, SAR 120m, 15 indirect staff.• Integrated Management System: HP 3par Platform build with Oracle Database and Maintenix application software. Project delivered using full BAE Lifecycle Mgmt. process. Valued at Sar 75m & a team of 50 people.• Saudi Development and Training - Developed proposal for Nutanix hosting solution for delivery of Training Management Information Solution, Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) based supplied by eTree and delivered Proof of Concept for BAE Systems, Saudi Development and training, The project was to provide the solution to Riyadh (300 staff / students per year) and Jeddah training (50 staff / students per year) campus Project Team 7 staff,(2 Subject Matter Expert, 2 Business Analysts, 3 Technical Analysts) indirect reports 30 staff. Onshore and offshore (Malaysia and UK) SAR 35m.• Aircraft Accessories and Components Company - My role was to develop and implement the bid to migrate from existing site to implement a new secure (UK Secret) IT platform, Network, Server, 400 desktops, supporting 500 staff and direct the project implementation
