ABOUT IAN MITCHELL
These days my work is about exploring what it means to offer reflective companionship to those seeking to live and coach from a place of love within today’s unsettled, beautiful and horrifying world. This exploratory work emerges in several contexts - as group and one-to-one supervision, on the coach development programme that I and my colleague Siân Lumsden facilitate each year, through the attuned mutuality of spiritual accompaniment relationships, and in co-designing and sending out into the world some relevant collaborative ventures with friends and colleagues. And, increasingly, in my work with the Association for Coaching, where we seek to be of service to, currently, around coaches offering various forms of practice specialities in more than 60 countries around the world.
