ABOUT IAN MERCER
I am a highly driven and motivated individual who is an effective communicator at all levels, with a desire to positively impact every situation. I thrive working efficiently alone or as part of a team in fast paced and critical environments, under strict deadlines, with the drive, worth ethic, and ability to achieve the highest standards in all aspects of employment and accountability. I have recently completed the Level 6 Higher Project Management Apprenticeship Scheme (PMAS) at BAE Systems. The scheme allowed me to regularly rotate placements where I gained knowledge and experience in different teams and environments which, in addition to studying the theoretical side of Project Management at University, helped to build my Project Management and Control foundations. I have recently achieved a First in my BSc Honours Degree in Project Management, graduating in July 2023.
