I am a commercial litigator with over twenty five years experience in all aspects of commercial dispute resolution. I have a particular interest in land and property litigation including commercial Landlord and Tenant disputes, forfeiture and relief from forfeiture claims, dilapidation claims, contested lease renewals, boundary disputes, rent arrears, mortgage and other repossessions, easement and restrictive covenant disputes, and Definitive Map Modification Orders. I also advise in company and shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, contractual disputes, corporate insolvency, professional negligence and debt recovery. I am a member of the Property Litigation Association.I pride myself on my pragmatic and straight forward approach, which I use in an effort to seek an early, swift and cost effective resolution for my clients.
