As the Program Manager for the Human Performance Optimization (HPO) program, I am at the forefront of a critical initiative aimed at enhancing the cognitive, emotional, and physical capabilities of the United States Air Force’s most vital asset—its people. I lead the management of a $988 million contract vehicle, overseeing a diverse range of services that support both CONUS and OCONUS operations. My role involves ensuring that aircrew and special warfare personnel receive the comprehensive care and training they need to excel in their demanding roles.Previously, as the Senior Enlisted Leader at HQ ACC Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC), I led a team of 512 military and civilian professionals, driving success across 32 major programs within a $20 billion services acquisition portfolio. My experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of program management, emergency management, disaster recovery planning, quality assurance, and technical instruction.With 20 years of active-duty Air Force service, I possess an active TS-SCI clearance and advanced cybersecurity qualifications, which I leverage to assess and mitigate cyber risks in large-scale acquisitions.
