Previously working with local authorities and CCGs in change management, senior operational management and quality assurance, specialising in managing organisations to achieve CQC requirements.Owner and director of Care Commissioning Solutions. I formed this company to provide a range of services across the sector to different stakeholders bringing years of expertise in programme and project management, commissioning large scale services, contracting solutions, procurement, quality management and expertise and interim management solutions.
