I explore with clients what they want to achieve and then help them create the best legal and financial structures to achieve this in the most tax-efficient way.I am Head of the Private Client group at Wright, Johnston & Mackenzie where I have been a partner for 30 years. I have been a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners since 1991 and represented Scotland on STEP\'s Worldwide Council for 6 years. I am now deputy Chairman of STEP\'s Business Families Special Interest Group and a member of the Scottish Branch Committee.
