I\'m a workplace and civil rights investigator with ten years of investigative experience in higher education and forest products. I\'m an AWI-CH-a certificate holder from the the Association of Workplace Investigators-and have personally completed or supervised approximately 700 investigations.Additional experience includes criminal prosecution and defense as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy JAG Corps, nearly 5 years in private practice as an employment lawyer, and work abroad in the tax department of a Big Four accounting firm. I\'ve done significant work in both the public and private sectors. These varied experiences make me well-suited to investigation. I\'m also a good listener, attentive to detail, and effective at communicating with people of differing backgrounds and at all levels of an organization.
