Heading up the IT Desktop and Audio Visual Support for the University of Bolton, I am a multi skilled front line IT team leader, with both technical and supervisory experience in the Higher Education sector. I have a proven record of working in a tough environment with little resources at times, and still maintain an efficient IT support service which includes support AV related equipment. And now also acting as Senior procurement advisor on IT/AV matters and developing relationships with people in the sector as well as in the technology world.Recently added to the portfolio of skills, I am also now Zoom administrator for University. Managing its portal and supporting the university in the development and use of meetings & webinar as well other VC technologies for teaching and operational activities. Also manage LinkedIn Learning & VMWare (kivuto) portals on behalf of the university as well. I am also a board of governor for Marshside Primary School with being a key governor in Technology Quality of Education and Resources.
