A Senior Project Manager with over fifteen years project management experience. A successful track record of delivering system implementations, software development and data migration projects including business critical initiatives in excess of £3 million to small tactical enhancements. Outstanding man management skills of in-house development / technical teams involving up to one hundred people across three continents. Successful project management of third party suppliers of software solutions. Excellent working relationships with clients, suppliers and in-house colleagues. Experience includes the bespoke development of internal system solutions, the delivery of ERP software implementations (including customisations), web based solutions, system migrations, data conversion & cleansing / migration work, system integration, product launches, business intelligence (SAP Business Objects).net, Java, Mainframe and Microsoft developments. Prince 2 practitioner level and PMP qualified Experience of successful project delivery in many industries including Financial Services (Credit Cards, Mortgages and Payments), Retail Management, Publishing, Utilities and Consultancy. Experience of leading numerous successful software development implementations through the full project lifecycle using both agile and waterfall methodologies. Outstanding planning, communication, negotiation, relationship building, stakeholder management and budgetary control skills. Excellent ability to lead and coordinate multi-disciplined professional teams working together towards shared goals. Able to work with both technically minded and business people both internally and with client and supplier organisations across multiple continents at project and Senior Board levels. Possesses an in depth knowledge of risk, issue and change management as well as a sound understanding of structured project management techniques and the software development lifecycle.
