ABOUT IAN LOPEZ
Since 2002, Ian Lopez has participated in over $4.5 billion in real estate transactions. Throughout his career, he has managed the acquisition, development, valuation and asset management of commercial office, retail, multi-family, and industrial property types across the US for value-add, core, and opportunistic strategies. He currently serves as Vice President for Highland Fairview, the developer of the $25B World Logistics Center, the largest planned logistics and business park in North America. Mr. Lopez received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Irvine where he specialized in Urban & Regional Planning and Environmental Analysis & Design. He also holds the Advanced Management Development (AMDP) graduate degree at Harvard University and is a member of the Harvard Club of Southern California. Mr. Lopez is active in the Southern California community with his involvement in Habitat for Humanity and Make-A-Wish Foundation, as well as a relief volunteer through Mariner’s Church. He also serves on the advisory committee of the Big Heart Foundation and as advisory council to the Harvard Business Review.
