Full P&L responsibility for Forterra’s most modern brick manufacturing facilities. First the fully-automated Measham facility where OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) was improved by more than 20% across the plant and output increased from 85m to 100m bricks per annum using Lean Manufacturing techniques. More recently, Forterra’s brand new £95m Desford facility which started commissioning in 2023.
