I am a very experienced head of operations and credit & recoveries professional with 34 years experience in financial services. My experience spans both the commercial and consumer arena dealing with secured and unsecured products. I have extensive department start up, operational strategy and account/servicer/system migration experience. My areas have achieved industry leading results from both a lender and a servicer perspective. I have had a strong exposure to risk and oversight including build and management of first line QA and working with second line credit risk. I have exposure to new lending and origination environments. My project management skills are strong ensuring that they run to time and to budget. I am passionate about the credit industry and will always strive to achieve the best possible results and practices from customer outcomes and company performance level.
