My duties and responsibilities include• Carrying out technical compliance audits on contracts Managed by Emcor Facilities Services (currently approximately over 100 sites) • Acting as part of a team given technical support and compliance information to EMCOR facilities services contracts in the UK • Giving advice and training to the on site engineers and EMCOR staff on Health & Safety and Technical issues • Liaising with the client on any issues on site and finding ways forward that will benefit both the client and Emcor.Acting as Company water supervisor for Legionella Control.• Specialising in Water (L8), Confined Spaces and Pressure Systems• Coordinating the Managers Safety Awareness Courses & IOSH courses on behalf the company Health and safety Manager• Company lead within the technical compliance team for Legionella Control association’s yearly registration which includes reviewing company policy, procedures. Conducting L8 water training for site operatives and the client.• Company lead within the technical compliance team for Confined spaces issues which includes reviewing company policy, procedures. Conducting confined space awareness training for site operatives.• Company lead within the technical compliance team for pressure systems, which includes reviewing company policy, procedures. Conducting pressure systems (AP2 )and awareness training for site operatives.• Company lead for cooling towers, maintaining database and report writing for Financial Director.• Reviewing all Company Technical policies and procedures as part of the Technical compliance team.
