Lead various teams of different sizes while performing efficient and effective financial statement audits and reviews of privately held regional companies and non-profit organizations ranging from $5M to $500M in annual revenue. I do not perform audits anymore I only focus on review, compilation and consulting engagements. I have a strong passion for transactional type work and general consulting with clients. Although financial statements are valuable I look for the additional value-add opportunities with clients.\\\\n\\\\n- Demonstrated strong understanding of US Internal Revenue Code in relation to preparing various 1120S, 1120 and 1040 returns. I have an understand and can work with less complex 1065s. Also, do tax projections and help with tax notices, research, and general questions. However, I am not a “tax guy” and I learn more on the GAAP side of things. Although, interested to spend more time and continue to sharpen my skillset.\\\\n\\\\n- Relationships are everything to me both internal and external. Externally, I enjoy working with clients and getting to know their business and needs. Servicing them to my best ability is important via timely responses and meetings throughout the year. I am a veteran of working with new clients and creating a strong relationship from the start. Internally, I am apart of new hire recommendations, onboarding team, intern team (in prior years), and I am a mentor to colleagues at all levels.\\\\n\\\\nRealistically, I do far more than I can type here.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
