As an executive leader, I directly oversaw the establishment of all strategic direction for Global Commercial Card teams. This included maximizing cohesion and gaining an understanding of each areas\' specific needs and the tools and policies needed to service clients in 18 languages.This multi-faceted, exciting role also included leading a talented, global team of Fraud Detection and Prevention Specialists as we supported Treasury products and services. I also led cross-functional Treasury Services, Fulfillment, Service, and Operation teams as we adapted to the increased demand of a rapidly growing Latin America business segment.My achievements include:• Assembling a Commercial Card Fulfillment team to successfully reduce cycle times. This massive undertaking included controlling all phases of the recruiting process, defining team structures, and ensuring that our new staff possessed the tools and leadership needed for success.• Encouraging a cohesive, cross-functional approach to all goals and quotas alongside the leaders of sales, product, and client management staff. Under my leadership, we successfully achieved a 16% annual business growth.• Developing an end-state model for all businesses as a thought leader. This new model featured appropriate investments in global platforms and documented control measures.• Improved accuracy and compliance with regulatory measures through the roll out of in-flight and post-process control checks.• Being selected to directly lead a major project involving the construction and launch of a seat contact centre. This project was successfully completed in just three months.• Earning multiple awards including the JD Power Service Excellence Award for 10 consecutive years.
