Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS, MACostE, MAPM) and NEC® contracts specialist based in the North East of England.With extensive experience in managing contracts under various NEC conditions, I offer a broad range of expertise across multiple construction and engineering disciplines. I provide strategic procurement, contract management, commercial and training services to clients throughout the UK. Additionally, I am qualified to act as both an NEC3 and NEC4 ECC Project Manager through ICE accreditation (NECReg).I have a wealth of experience in infrastructure, particularly utilities and highways, as well as power sectors including renewables, waste-to-energy, and nuclear. My background also includes nuclear and process decommissioning, working on projects of varying sizes and complexities, including those let under framework agreements. I have worked with local government, client, and contractor organisations.As a Chartered Surveyor, I am dedicated to supporting the next generation of professionals. I serve as an RICS APC Assessor, counsellor, and mentor for emerging talent.
