About Ian Halker
As a Silicon Valley CRE broker with a real estate development background I specialize in advising clients primarily in industrial, R&D and office sectors. My objective is to align real estate portfolios with clients’ mid to long term initiatives.My fourteen+ years of diverse real estate experience gives my clients an advantage. In my prior role as SVP of Real Estate Development I sourced and executed development projects throughout the Midwest and nation. I later transitioned to leading a development office out of San Jose, California. In total, I led and contributed to the development of over 2 million square feet of industrial, retail, multi-family, and data center space throughout the United States.Prior to my time in development, seven years of my focus was on commercial real estate brokerage at Colliers International out of Minneapolis.
