Management of Technology, Property and Information Security Projects across UK Sites with links to European sites.1. Information Security Project Management of various sizes of projects from small remediation activities to large solution implementations. This role involved significant stakeholder management across IT Infrastructure and Application portfolios and included monthly Steering Meetings with senior managers.a. Migration of SIEM solution from a legacy solution to a new centrally managed solution.b. Upscaling of a SIEM solution to include an additional circa endpoints.c. Proxy server upgrade and configuration of additional traffic interception functionality.d. Migration of a PKI function from an on Premise solution to a centrally managed global solution.e. Management of quarterly Red Team testing remediations.2. Implementation of new network connectivity across UK sites to align with the global company network. This involved planning and scheduling multiple sites each with different stakeholders and different implementation teams.3. Management of Network Peering requirements between different business entities.4. Implementation of a new Active Directory Tiering structure.5. Property Consolidation Projects to reduce the on-site footprint as a result of Work from Home requirements. This included all aspects of the IT infrastructure and included End User Devices, Network, Servers and physical cabling Infrastructure removal and reconfiguration.
