Work centers on shipping durable platforms in complex B2B environments and treating AI as a first-class collaborator in how products are conceived and built.Designed and scoped ProVision, a vertically integrated service platform for the industry that replaced Zendesk at OneVision and won CEDIA’s Best New Product in 2025. The work spanned end-to-end system design including workflows, permissions, automation, search, migrations, integrations, and on call management, all built from first principles to unlock new value and scale in close partnership with engineering.Day-to-day product execution is AI-native, using Cursor, MCPs, and Linear together to design, scope, and ship product. These tools are part of the operating model for reasoning about systems, modeling complexity, accelerating execution, and increasing what small teams can deliver.Alongside core work, an AI-native CRM is being built that uses agents to generate documents and construct a living relationship graph between people and organizations, exploring what a modern CRM should look like in the AI era.Product execution is product-minded and engineering-led, with strong design instincts and a systems-first focus on data models, workflows, and automation. Comfortable in 0 to 1 and high-complexity domains, with a bias toward simplicity, durability, and shipping.Technically fluent across SQL, Postgres, AWS, Figma, Twilio, Stripe Platform, Connect, and Subscriptions, AI agents, Cursor, MCPs, Claude, Codex, Warp, Iterable, Zendesk, Retool, Tray.io, Linear, Notion, Postman, and BI tools.A shipper by default.
