As the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Manager, I lead the implementation, optimisation, and ongoing management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM at CIM. This includes overseeing and supporting the migration from CRM Dynamics 8.2 on-premises to Dynamics 365. I manage an internal development team and work closely with the Business Data Analyst to ensure that data insights and reporting support informed business decisions. Additionally, I collaborate with external developers to guarantee seamless system integration and the creation of tailored solutions.By empowering our Commercial, Finance, Sales, Awarding body, Marketing, and Customer service teams, I enable them to effectively manage customer interactions, streamline processes, and achieve improved business outcomes. My focus is on continuously enhancing system performance, developing new functions and addressing user needs, whilst driving efficiency and growth across the market leading organisation.
