ABOUT IAN FRELICK
My name is Ian Frelick and I am a Senior Project Manager and certified Chartered Construction Manager with >35 years’ experience in the life cycle delivery of construction / infrastructure projects for Health care, rail regeneration, business/retail parks, airports, Student accommodation, defence and nuclear across the public and private sector. These projects have consisted but not limited to fit out, refurbishment and new build works, furthermore I am experienced in installing process plant and specialist equipment. I am a hands-on project manager who has been involved throughout my career managing very high-profile programmes valued up to £6bn. These have included station regeneration projects for Network Rail, the Channel Tunnel Rail Link, BAA Heathrow Terminal 2,3 and 5. Thameslink Rail Project, Great Yarmouth Outer Harbour Project, construction for Hilton refurbishing Health Clubs, plus others. I am expert at driving maximum value through detailed cost, QA and project management plans, my knowledge of CDM regulations, EPC/M contract management and comprehensive knowledge of technical design. The hallmark of my work is excellent resource allocation, constant client communication and visibility at every phase and driving QA to exceed client expectation.
