I lead our hardware engineering efforts and touch technical, program and product areas. I make sure we design the absolute best 3D printers with the best hardware meeting high performance goals while being reliable, affordable and easy to use. Personally I am passionate about technical execution and good product design. I also like to develop teams to do this with. I\'m interested in talking to talented engineers to work with on what I think are some of the most challenging and interesting problems. At Formlabs we tackle challenges in a broad array of engineering disciplines from thermal system design, structures, motion and controls, polymer chemistry, embedded software, power electronics, manufacturing and more. If you like cross disciplinary work to create tools you can use every day then Formlabs is an amazing place. In my now long tenure at Formlabs I\'ve also played various roles in other products including working on our original product the Form 1, leading mechanical engineering on the Form 2 and shipping our wash and cure accessories.
