Direct managers to achieve defined outcomes aligned with business strategy whilst acting as the implementation arm of the programme. Planning and designing the programme and proactively monitoring its overall progress. Internally chair Steering group, attend Executive meetings. Externally attend Senior stakeholder meetings with DfT, Hitachi and Network Rail to agree actions to resolve escalated issues to enable the planned entry-into-service date to be met successfully.
