ABOUT IAN CRABB

I am a confident, commercially driven, time-served construction industry professional with over 35 years’ experience. My experience includes a variety of landmark projects nationwide and globally, across multiple sectors including Industrial, Commercial, Airports, Automation Warehousing, Oil and Gas Distribution. I am responsible for overseeing and ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects valued between £2-25M, whilst also, bringing my commercial awareness, knowledge and experience to the pre-construction phase, to assist value engineering and plan the most efficient and effective way to build and deliver multiple projects, thus maintaining a continuous emphasis on attaining client delivery to programme, safety, quality and within the commercial budgets.With my vast knowledge and wealth of experience, in relation to multiple Electrical, Mechanical and Automation Systems, covering all aspects of the installation works and together with the knowledge of client bespoke systems, meeting delivery objectives and goals, this enables me to establish and maintain excellent working client relations on behalf of JCK Ltd. I believe in a strong one team ethos, where we all work together, encourage open dialog with our clients and supply chain partners, thus assisting successful execution of major projects within programme and on budget.
