After 20 years in the industry, I joined Lockton in 2007 and enjoyed a variety of Operational and Business Leadership roles that supported an outstanding International leadership team in creating the world\'s most dynamic, fast paced global insurance broker. In 2019, I was persuaded to join another talented Lockton leadership team that had been assembled to target the reinsurance broking sector, and assumed the role of Lockton Re\'s Global COO. The ownership, values and culture remain the same and the journey is just as exciting second time around!
