My new post is as part of the IT Network Support Team, and is key to the delivery of technical support to clinical and corporate teams across the trust. My role is to pro-actively manage a highly motivated, customer focused team responsible for the provision of a professional networks and telecoms service.• Providing support to maintain and develop a comprehensive data network and Telecoms infrastructure.• Ensure customer driven incidents and requests are dealt with in a timely and comprehensive manner.• Supervision and support of staff allocated to the Network Team.• Providing specialist technical knowledge and training to support the ongoing development of the network.• Producing and review technical documentation, including detailed technical operating Instructions, on a regular basis
