With more than 30 years of combined experience in the military, policing, and technology sectors, I bring an operational perspective to every project I deliver. My career began with seven years in the Royal Navy, followed by 27 years in policing, where I spent a decade specialising in Body Worn Video (BWV). I led large-scale BWV deployments, authored national guidance, and worked alongside the Home Office and UK police forces to shape how this technology is used today.For the past few years, I’ve served as Customer Success Manager and Lead Product Trainer at Reveal Media, helping organisations across law enforcement, healthcare, and retail maximise the value of their body-worn video and digital evidence management solutions. I focus on bridging the gap between innovative technology and real-world use, developing tailored training programmes, SCORM-compliant e-learning, and hands-on support to build user confidence and capability.What drives me is simple: enabling people to work safer, smarter, and with greater transparency through technology that genuinely makes a difference.
