ABOUT IAN CATHERALL
I am a Chartered Architect with a passion for architecture and great design with over 20 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial architectural practice. I have extensive experience of delivering high quality medium to large scale architectural projects for a variety of sectors including light industrial, logistics, modular housing, retail (acting for both end-user and developer), and retirement living. My experience consists of a mixture of new builds, extensions, re-modelling, refurbishments and fit-outs. In addition to providing architectural services, I also occasionally act as Project Manager, Employer\'s Agent and Principal Designer under CDM 2015.
