Lived Experience Programme Manager @Rethink Mental Illness

I\'m a Programme Manager in the Lived Experience Programmes team and lead the facilitation of short- and long-term involvement and co-production programmes and work with our Policy & Influencing team to ensure maximum impact.I work with our Evidence & Impact team on internal and external evaluation programmes and helped to develop our organisational Impact Framework.I am a co-investigator for the NIHR-funded Collaborative Risk Assessment and Management Planning (CORAS) research project and convene the Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement (PPIE) Group.I co-authored the Rethink Mental Illness Guide to Involvement and Co-production for Provider Collaboratives and contributed to two chapters of recently published Essentials of Mental Health Nursing.As a member of the NHS England National Expert by Experience Network, I was instrumental to the development of the co-production standards for specialised mental health services.
